Our pricing model is completely transparent. As a farm-to-cooler service your invoice will show you the price of the flowers, the box charges and last mile delivery fee. Most of our customers will experience approximately 12% in total fees. When you do the math, your bottom-line savings will be 10%-20% lower than traditional suppliers. Of course, peak holiday periods will have higher transportation costs for the entire industry, but unlike our competitors, you will see exactly what you are paying for. Despite those temporary bumps in transportation costs, you will still experience the same level of savings you enjoy all year long!  (maybe even more.)

Yes and no....  Our farm-to-cooler model is designed to save you money. Your best savings will be achieved when you set up a bundle of "must have" items that come to you automatically every week. You are never locked in and can add to your order up to 3 days prior to delivery. For those emergencies when you absolutely need product asap, we will FedEx them to you overnight!

We are breaking down all of the barriers that prevent you from saving money. To that end, when you pay ACH  at the time of purchase,  you will save an additional 6% in addition to your farm-direct savings. That includes 3% on the flowers plus you will avoid the 3% credit card processing fee. All other balances are due net 15 days and will be automatically processed using your preferred payment method set to your profile. Need longer terms? When you buy farm-direct you are the first person to see your flowers since it was packed on the farm. (Which is kind of cool!) As a result, there will be rare moments when an item is damaged in shipping or just does not meet our normal level of quality. When that happens, you simply snap a couple of pics and send them to your account representative.  No fuss, no muss!!
